Oh, you can imagine how lost I was without my go-to rant place. ^_-
But how can you spell goodbye, Chem, goodbye, trig, goodbye geom and goodbye other less hellish subjects in one word?
S-U-M-M-E-R!
[Heck, Yeah! Technicolor!]
Mere words cannot express how happy I am for (barely) surviving Junior year.
It has been one hell of a roller coaster ride from start til finish. And I must agree, I learned a whole lot of things this school year.
- Never, ever, ever judge a book by its cover.
- Falling in love isn't the end of the world.
- No, getting your heart broken isn't the end of the world either.
- Some friends come and go while the others are for keeps.
- It's never a sin to dream big.
- Though it is a sin to remain silent. [Gee, thanks, CLE.]
- Forgive and forget.
- No overthinking ever again. Like, ever.
- Fate works in silly ways.
- Be brave.
- Stoichiometry, proving identities, triangle inequality thingies, Noli Me Tangere and To Kill a Mockingbird do not make a good tasting cocktail.
- Take chances.
- YOLO! [That was hard to admit]
- The boys in our class are really, really, really good singers.
- Prom isn't as bad as its all thought to be.
- There's a time and place for everything.
- Be true to yourself.
- Understand to be understood.
- The truth sets you free. [Again, CLE. But sooo true]
- AND! It's best to end the schoolyear with nice hugs from the right people. ^_-
So, I'm starting summer on a really high, only-dogs-can-hear-sounds-in-this-frequency positive note. Bye bye, rainy days. Hello, Mr. Sun.
